These general terms and conditions are applicable to orders
placed via this web shop. By ordering you (the Buyer) accept these
general terms and conditions. Possible general terms and conditions of
the Buyer shall not apply.

The products ordered via this website are delivered on our
behalf (the Wine Producer) by EasyWineShopper B.V. (EWS; CoC no.; VAT
no.). EWS also provides for the invoicing, the contribution of excise
duties and the collection on our behalf. You receive the invoice
electronically, in the name of EWS. You are to pay to EWS. An agreement
comes into being as soon as EWS has accepted your order. This agreement
shall then be applicable between you and EWS. The title of the
delivered goods shall only transfer to the Buyer after the same has
complied with his/her payment obligations. For questions about your

By ordering under these terms and conditions the Buyer declares
that he/she complies with the statutory provisions that are applicable
to sales of the ordered products to the Buyer. The Buyer is moreover
responsible for receiving or having received the order by a thereto
authorised person.

All offers of this web shop are noncommittal. The offer is valid
as long as stocks last. If you have not logged on yet it is unknown to
which country delivery is to take place as a result of which the
applicable excise duty and VAT percentage are unknown. The prices are
per bottle, including the VAT and excise duty applicable in the country
of delivery and under reserve of interim tax and/or excise duty
amendments and under reserve of spelling errors and other errors in the
mention of the prices.

Delivery takes place at the address you indicated in the web
shop. Products are only delivered in countries or parts of countries in
respect of which delivery of these products is allowed. Incorrect
indication of delivery addresses falls under the responsibility of the
customer and can lead to extra costs at the expense of the Buyer.
The delivery takes place within 7 days following receipt of the
payment. Overstepping of the delivery deadline shall not entitle the
Buyer to cancel the order. The carrier shall request you to sign for
delivery. You should check the package on possible breaking damages
prior to signature and either refuse the package in case of damages or
mention the breaking damages with your signature for receipt.

In case of incorrect delivery other than on account of breaking
you should contact EWS within 4 weeks following the date of the order.
If EWS is also of the opinion that there is question of an incorrect
delivery, EWS shall remedy this error at its own expense. After this
deadline it shall no longer be possible to complain about an incorrect
delivery.

If you did not receive your order or a part thereof after 7
days, you can contact EWS. In that case there can be question of
breaking, as a result of which delivery is prevented, or loss. Your
order is insured against breaking and loss up to a total value of EUR
700.00 per package. A package contains a maximum of 18 bottles of 0.75
litres. If you did not receive your order or a part thereof you
should report this to EWS by email within at the latest 4 weeks
following the date of the order. If you reported this in a timely
manner and under the condition that EWS has received the completed and
signed documents required for the insurance from you, you shall receive
a new package with the missing content (if on stock) or otherwise the
price you paid for the undelivered products up to an amount of EUR
700.00 per package.

Neither EWS nor the Wine Producer shall be liable for any form
of indirect damages. The product liability is limited to the civil
liability of the Wine Producer.

Dutch law is applicable to these terms and conditions. In case
of disputes the Dutch Court shall exclusively be competent.
